You’ve worked hard to build your brand (name recognition) and now what? Well, protecting it should be top priority!  You may find this funny or even unbelievable, but many don’t even know what “branding” is, let alone what it means to their own author platform.  Your brand is your image, your professional identity…it is what people think about, when they hear your name.

  2. I’ve read this before, but forgot to leave a reply. This was a great article on branding. Up until recently, I didn’t know what a brand was either. Mine is Patricia A. Guthrie (mystery and suspense writer) I’m still working it all out. Thanks again for the article.


  3. Excellent article as a follow up to the first one. I intend to keep it as a checklist when I get off track. Most of what You mentioned in maintaining a ‘brand’ I am doing so that is a relief but we all slip now and them and this is a great reminder. Thanks for taking the time to pass it on to us.
