WRITING & OTHER CONTESTS!

“WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW IS…” Writing Contest!

Since February is the month for Lovers and with the state of our world under this new Presidency, what the world needs now is…so much more than what we are being offered right now.  Patience, understanding, compassion, acceptance…these are just a few of the things that I personally see missing from our world.  But, I’m not a lone wolf here…you’re a resident, too.  So, why don’t you tell us what the world needs, from your perspective…through your eyes.   Your inspiration could make someone else’s day.  Use this prompt to share what the world needs and you could win some awesome prizes!

  2. Just wondering what form this should be in. Is it a short story (fiction) or an essay?

    1. Hi, Linda! The title above: SHORT STORY. LOL! You had me doubting myself… I had to run in here (now I’m breathless) to see if that information was posted. Hope this helps, Linda!

      Enjoy!

  4. This sounds like a good contest topic. I wish I had time to write a story but I’m on some deadlines with other projects.

  5. Have a question about the contest. It said “Letter to my Future Self” and I’m wondering, does it have to be an actual letter or can it be a conversation with Future Self?

    1. Just wondering if that was literal.
